SHIPPING

Spend $100 and shipping is on us! Flat rate $10 shipping on orders below $100. 

Orders are processed and dispatched within two business days. Don’t worry, we’ll keep you in the loop and send a confirmation email (with your Australia Post tracking number). 

Standard delivery 3 – 7 business days.

At this time, we unfortunately cannot offer international shipping but watch this space! 

Please note: 

  • Delivery timeframes mentioned are estimates. While we all want a quick delivery, there may be occasions where delays occur during transit which are beyond our control.

  • Once orders leave our warehouse they are now the responsibility of Australia Post and are therefore out of our control. We’re not responsible for packages that are left by Australia Post. Please consult with Australia Post for any enquiries relating to your delivery.

RETURNS

We hope you love your Astro purchase, however if your loot wasn’t quite legendary status, we've got a respawn point for returns.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If an Astro product arrives damaged or faulty*, please email us immediately at hello@drinkastro.com.au so we can rectify the order.  Please include photos of the item and your order number to make this a more speedy process. 

*Normal wear and tear, product hardening over time, and damage resulting from improper use, neglect, or misuse are not classified as manufacturing faults.

CHANGE OF MIND

If in the unlikely event that you change your mind, you can return your unopened product to our warehouse for an online store credit within 14 days of purchasing. Returned products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, and must be in a re-saleable condition. You are responsible for covering all return shipping charges. Astro reserves the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the company standards. We cannot accept any 'change of mind' returns for opened products.
